We just finished our study on electricity, magnetism and energy conversion! Each week students learned and applied new scientific vocabulary. Students were able to answer different questions each week and build on their knowledge. They had to work in collaborative groups to build circuits, study famous inventors and create an invention. I was so inspired by their enthusiasm, dedication and knowledge throughout the unit. Today, they presented their inventions at our 3rd Annual Invention Convention - WOW did they do a fantastic job! Each student came prepared, knew their roles and presented their pitch with ease! If you were unable to attend, pleas have your child log into their google account, and you can see their groups website. Below there are pictures of their work throughout the unit and from today.
